One business day, for our Flat insoles series and, Premade arch Supports without cover or posting
Three business days, for Refurbish services and our Ready to Use Series (premade arch supports with cover).
Five business days, for New orthotic and Duplicates orthotic services.
The cutoff time for One business production is 1:00 pm EST. If you place your order on Friday at 1:00 pm or on weekend, it will be produced and shipped on Monday.
What is your Shipping Time?
Shipping time begins after we finished the production process, package, and ship your order. For faster deliveries select Priority Mail.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- We process orders Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).
- If you place your order after the cutoff times, we’ll process and ship the order the next business day.
- We do not deliver on weekend or holidays.
- We do not offer international shipping and are unable to ship to US territories, PO boxes, re-shippers, or package forwarding services.
- During checkout, you’ll see an estimated delivery date based on the shipping option you’ve selected.
Can I Change an Order?
Due to our next-day production, it is often impossible for changes to be made unless you immediately Contact us after placing the order. If a change is necessary, contact us via email or text us at (856)473-8927
And we will help you make those changes as long as your message is placed within minutes of ordering. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made to any orders that have already been placed.
How Do I Cancel An Order?
Canceling your order MUST be done within minutes of placing the order. Due to our next day shipping, all Order immediately go into our production process. If your cancelation is delayed by your side we may charge You 20% of the product price, to cover in part wasted materials during the process of the order in question. Avoid any charge by contacting us within minutes of your order.

We accept visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards through PayPal, it is safe and free. We accept crypto like Doge coin, Lite coin and Bitcoin. Just click on checkout and select your coin.
Crypto payment is FINAL and non-refundable due to very high network fees, please make sure on what you order.

What To Do If You Find A Problem With Your Order
If you find there is a problem with your order once it arrives, let us know immediately (within 3 business days of delivery) by sending us an email or text with your order number. You can find your order number on the order confirmation email. waiting to long to report a problem will result on denied service.

If the mistake is something we messed up, we’ll get your order fixed and Shipped out to you at no cost and within our standard production time, you may need to pay shipping for sending product to us if needed.
Do You Have Return Services?
All Our Product “ARE CUSTOMIZED”, so WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS, LEGION ORTHOPEDICS LLP is committed to selling only new products, with this policy each customer will be sure that they will not receive any already used Flat Insole or Devices. It is for this reason that ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL. Don’t forget that our customer service will be happy to help you before making any purchase if you have a question, just drop an email or text.
Can I Use My Custom Orthopedics Or Flat Insole On Any Footwear?
Since each shoe is designed differently and the width and shape can vary, we recommend using a Custom made insole or Device that adapts to the contour of your shoes and your feet, you must take into account the thickness of the insole materials you are going to choose for the shoes you will be wearing.
